Meet Information:

The 2019 USA Powerlifting Strength Shop Summer Slam will take place on Saturday September 14th at 10 am. This will be the second USAPL meet held at Family Fitness Works located at 213 N. 3rd Street Richmond In, 47374. There will be a spectator fee of 10 dollars to get in and watch the meet.

• Awards will be given to the top three in each weight class and division.

• This meet will be capped at 48 lifters or the sign up deadline of August 17th.

• Lifters per session to be determined after entries close

• Session One: (All Women and Men 53 to 74)
  Equipment Check 7:30 AM
  Weigh Ins 8:00 AM
  Lifting starts at 10 AM and there will be two flights 

• Session Two: (Men 83 to 120+)
  Equipment Check 11:30 AM
  Weigh Ins 12 PM
  Lifting starts tentatively at 2 PM (After first session ends)

Awards will follow after each session.

At the conclusion of all lifting the Best male and best female lifters (by IPF Points) in the Open Division will be awarded cash prizes.
