Meet Information:

The 2020 USA Powerlifting Ohio Ladies of Iron will take place on May 16th 2020, at 10 am. The meet will be held  at Beyond Limits East, located at 6925 Americana Pkwy Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Spectator fee will be $5.00

• Lifters per session to be determined after entries close*

• Session One: (All Women 43 to 63)-subject to change
  Equipment Check 7:30 AM
  Weigh Ins 8:00 AM
  Lifting starts at 10 AM and there will be two flights 

• Session Two: (72 and up)-subject to change
  Equipment Check 11:30 AM
  Weigh Ins 12 PM
  Lifting starts tentatively at 2 PM (After first session ends)

• Awards will be given to the top three in each weight class and division

• Overall awards across all states will be mailed out the week following the meet

• Meet sign ups will end on April 16th or when entries reach 60 lifters.
